What we send. SOS Colibri (soscolibri.com) sends private safety text messages from +15108265141 only when a user presses SOS, updates their location, or marks themselves safe. We never send marketing or broadcast messages.
Who receives them. Only contacts the user personally added, who confirmed by replying YES to our consent message. Contacts who don't reply YES never receive alerts.
Frequency. Messages are rare and only follow a user's action — typically 1–5 per month.
Opt-out. Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time. Reply HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.
Your data. We store your account, contacts and consent timestamps. There is no live tracking. Your location is recorded only while your SOS is active (about every 10 seconds while the app is open) and shared only with helpers who accepted. Helpers can never request your location. We never sell phone numbers or share mobile opt-in data for marketing.
Not a dispatch service. SOS Colibri is a private bridge between you and your family. It does not contact authorities.
